Clients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving professional therapist and clinic time exclusively. I require 48hrs ( two working days) notice of cancellations to avoid incurring the full cost of the booked treatment. Charges will be incurred for missed appointments too. When you book an appointment you agree to honour an invoice for charges incurred due to missed or late cancellations. Where I have some notice of cancellation I will always endeavour to offer the appointment to a client on our waiting list therefore avoiding you incurring a charge.
