Making a Booking
You can make a booking over the phone, by calling 01904 340941 or you can use the online form on the Contact Us page. If you suggest a time or times that you would like, Tanya will get back to you by email or phone.
When you make a booking, a 10% deposit is required, which will be retained and go towards the cancellation fee if you cancel at short notice (please see below).
Late nights are by appointment only.
Whatever time of day or night the answering machine will record your message and we will always ring you back as soon as possible.
We can take card payments and accept major credit cards (Switch, Debit, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express (although there is a small charge with Amex).

Cancelling a Booking

We have all, at some point or another, made an appointment and then something really important has cropped up, or we have decided that the time just isn't right at the moment. We fully accept that this happens, it's the way of life. In these instances all we ask is that you respect the value of my time and give me as much notice as possible, so that we can rebook the slot.
If appointment are cancelled at very short notice we don't have time to book in another client to take your place, which isn't fair to anyone who may have wanted your slot, or to us. We require 48 hours (two working days) notice of cancellations to avoid incurring the full cost of the booked treatment. Charges will be incurred for missed appointments too.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, we will ask you to pay 50% of the appointment charge. If you don't turn up at all then the full charge is payable.
Where we have some notice of a cancellation we will always endeavour to offer the appointment to a client on the waiting list therefore avoiding you incurring a charge.
